动词后面添加 ing，一般有三种常见的情况：
(1)在动词后面直接添加，如collect→collecting，play→playing等；
(2) 动词去掉最后不发音的字母e，再加ing，如：ride→riding，dive→diving等；
(3)重读闭音节结尾，动词双写最后一个字母，然后再添加ing， 如：
swim→swimming，run→running等。
动词ing形式在句中一般有什么作用
一般有两种作用：
1、表示现在进行时态的需要。
2、动名词形式。
在本课like doing sth … 句型中需要用到动名词形式。
