Wendy Witch woke up early on, Wednesday. She wanted to do some baking. I’ll just whip up a batch of cupcakes’ ,she thought. She had to wash her hands in warm water first. She made the mixture, whisked it, filled the bun cases and put them in the oven. She watched the cupcakes carefully to make sure they didn’t burn. While they baked, she made some white icing. When she took them out of the oven, she left them beside the open window to cool. Next, she decorated them with the icing.
One day last year, we couldn’t find my brother, who loves to go outside to play. We started to hunt for him. Everyone said they were happy to help and over one hundred people began to look. Eventually, a lady on a horse found him in a field. He had stepped in a rabbit hole and twisted his ankle. He had spent a whole day hoping to be rescued. She helped him up on to the horse and led him back to our house.
