(1)“in＋语言”表示“使用……(语言)”。
例如：in Chinese 用汉语
(2)English既可以作名词，又可以作形容词，其第一个字母要大写。

[探究] the是定冠词，意为“这(那)个；这(那)些”，放在名词前特指已经谈到或正在谈到的事物； a和an是不定冠词，意为“一(个，件……)”，表示泛指。例如：
I am a new student here.我是这里的一名新生。
There is an egg on the table.桌子上有一个鸡蛋。
[观察3] It's a book. 这是一本书。
[探究]
it's是it is的缩写形式，意为“它是”。在回答what's引导的特殊疑问句时，常用it指代所问的物品，用it代替this或that，避免重复。
