volunteer的用法
①作名词，意为“志愿者”。
②作动词，常跟动词不定式，意为“自愿去做，主动请求去做”。

necessary形容词，意为“必要的；必需的”。

【辨析】instead of与instead
①instead of意为“代替；而不是”，为介词短语，后常接名词、代词或动词-ing形式。
②instead为副词，意为“代替；反而”，常放在句末。
eg：We went swimming instead of playing football.我们去游泳了，而没有去踢足球。
I don't want to go there.Lucy will go instead.我不想去那里，露西将代替我去。
consider动词，意为“考虑；斟酌”，相当于think about，后常跟名词、代词、动词-ing形式、宾语从句或“疑问词＋不定式”作宾语。
eg：I'm considering changing my job.我正在考虑换份工作。
