1. What’s the matter? 怎么了？
What’s the matter?常用来询问对方的病情或其他不适。也可用What’s wrong?或What’s the trouble？matter和trouble是名词，前面有the；wrong是形容词，前面无the。如果要说明对象，则需要用介词with表示。如：What’s the matter/the trouble/ wrong with you?你怎么了？
2. I have a headache. 我头疼。
have a headache头疼。 have:患（得）病，（不用于进行时态）。一般情况下have+a+病名，表示患了某种疾病。如：
have a cold感冒 have a stomachache肚子疼
have a toothache牙疼 have a fever发烧
have a cough咳嗽
3. Don’t worry. 别担心。
Don’t worry. 用于安慰对方。
如：— I can’t fly a kite.我不会放风筝。
