剧情简介
十年前，人类为自己的愚蠢付出了惨重的代价，危险致命的猴流感病毒在全球蔓延，世界彻底毁灭。在旧金山相邻的原始丛林中，凯撒（安迪·瑟金斯 饰）带领着他的猩猩同伴们建立起无忧无虑的王国，直到有一天，猩猩家园的宁静再一次被人类打破。旧城中仅存的人类面临能源危机，他们尝试利用森林腹地的水坝发电站提供能源。年轻的科学家马尔科姆（杰森·克拉克 饰）试图说服聚集地的首领德赖弗斯（加里·奥德曼 饰），希望通过和平手段取得猩猩部落的信任与同意。然而凯撒的好盟友科巴（托比·凯贝尔 饰）却无法摆脱对人类的仇恨，他试图挑战凯撒的权威。人类与猩猩，双方都在小心翼翼地试探对方，但战争在所难免……
